My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice but not ready at the 3 PM check-in time as promised. The service was incredible, with super friendly and helpful staff, although at times they appeared less than friendly. The location was amazing, right in the middle of all attractions and on the boardwalk. The dining experience was above average with fresh options but not exceptional. The facilities met expectations and were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very nice, though there was a strobe light that flashed all night. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, especially the gentleman who checked us in on Friday night. The location was amazing, right in the middle of all attractions and on the boardwalk. The dining experience was above average with fresh scrambled eggs, real bacon, and roasted root veggies, though it could have been better with a more courteous staff.
This hotel is right on the beach, offering a stunning ocean view from the spacious rooms. Although it was a bit cold at night to enjoy the outside view fully, the room amenities were top-notch, even though lacking some compared to other hotels in terms of variety.
